Orlando Park Plan helps people create and manage Orlando Florida itinerary plans. This privacy statement explains what information we use, why we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect
You can use Orlando Park Plan without creating an account. If you do this, your plans are stored locally in your browser and are not sent to an account database unless you later choose to sign in.
If you create an account or sign in, we collect your email address so we can identify your account, send login codes, and sync your plans across devices. If you sign in with Google, we use the account information Google provides to complete sign-in, primarily your email address.
When you are signed in, we store your plans, account identity, login session details, and share-link information needed to provide the service.
We may also process technical information needed to operate and protect the site, such as browser, device, request, and security information. We may use privacy-focused analytics to understand how the site is used and improve the service.
How We Use Information
We use your information to provide the planner, save and sync your itineraries, let you sign in securely, import plans from your browser into your account, support shared plan links, and let you delete your account and plan data.
We use account and plan information to provide the service you request. We use technical, security, and analytics information for our legitimate interests in keeping the site secure, reliable, and useful. If we ever use non-essential cookies, marketing emails, or similar optional features, we will ask for consent where required.
Cookies And Browser Storage
We use browser storage to save anonymous plans in your current browser. We also use essential cookies and temporary browser storage to keep you signed in, protect the sign-in process, and complete email or Google authentication.
Anonymous plans remain in your browser unless you delete them, clear your browser storage, or sign in and import them into an account. Clearing browser storage may remove anonymous plans from that device.
These uses are necessary for the service you request. We do not currently use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, remarketing pixels, or similar non-essential tracking technologies. If that changes, we will ask for consent before using non-essential cookies or similar technologies.
Service Providers
We use trusted service providers to host and operate Orlando Park Plan, store account data, send sign-in emails, and support sign-in options such as Google. These providers process information only as needed to provide the service.
Some providers may process information outside the UK or European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
How Long We Keep Information
Anonymous plans stay in your browser until you delete them, clear your browser storage, or sign in and import them into your account. Signed-in plans remain in your account until you delete them or delete your account. Login codes and temporary sign-in records are short-lived.
Your Choices
You can use the site without an account, delete individual plans, sign out, or delete your account. Deleting your account removes your account and saved account plans from the service.
You may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal information. You can contact us about these rights using the details on our Contact page. If you are unhappy with how we handle personal information, you can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
